Serasa is a credit reporting agency that gathers and compiles credit score data for more than a billion individuals. This project aimed to revamp the existing B2B platform with a strong focus on user needs. From a product standpoint, the objective was to minimize customer support inquiries while boosting the conversion rate. The main challenge was to reimagine the B2B platform with a user-centric perspective in an industry where trust in credit services is not yet widely established.
